📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise software solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce, and supporting technologies • Lead complex initiatives from solution design through deployment • Partner with Product Management to refine requirements, estimate work, identify risks, and align delivery with roadmaps • Design data-driven solutions for customer engagement, business process automation, and trusted enterprise data • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, AI services, APIs, and external data sources • Use AI-assisted and agentic software development practices to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation • Implement agentic business solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, and approved AI technologies • Apply configuration-before-code and custom development approaches as appropriate • Promote scalable design patterns, reusable components, secure coding, automated testing, and continuous improvement • Contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, documentation, and engineering best practices • Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Security, Data, Sales, and other partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering, application development, or related technical experience delivering enterprise solutions • Experience leading technical execution of complex initiatives and delivering scalable, high-quality software • Significant hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Salesforce platform solutions • Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, declarative automation, integrations, security models, and platform data architecture • Experience integrating Salesforce with customer engagement platforms, customer data platforms, and enterprise applications • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, cloud services, authentication protocols, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns • Experience designing and implementing AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Data360, or other enterprise AI technologies • Experience with agentic software development and AI-assisted engineering capabilities • Understanding of object-oriented design, system integration, data modeling, testing, debugging, source control, CI/CD, secure coding, and release management • Experience partnering with Product Managers on requirements, estimates, technical tradeoffs, and prioritized roadmaps • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in Agile software delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and release activities • Ability to work independently and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Security, Data, DevOps, Quality Engineering, and business teams • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
