• Handle inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups with consumers who have expressed interest via web inquiries or phone. • Follow a structured sales script and utilize CRM tools effectively throughout the consultation. • Assess clients’ financial situations and present debt resolution strategies that align with program eligibility. • Maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM and manage your sales pipeline with urgency and precision. • Adhere to compliance requirements and internal guidelines throughout the sales process.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in debt settlement, credit counseling or a related inside sales role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong computer literacy and CRM proficiency. • Self-motivated, energetic, and disciplined with strong time management skills. • Must have a dedicated, quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
