📋 Description

• Record and manage daily accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies to maintain accurate financial records. • Perform reconciliations for key accounts, including accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, etc. to support financial accuracy and integrity. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including general ledger review, variance analysis, and preparation of adjusting journal entries. • Collaborate with internal teams to track and analyze financial metrics, ensuring proper allocation of revenue and expenses. • Oversee customer invoicing and improving customer collections processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments while addressing discrepancies effectively. • Assist with preparing schedules and documentation for internal and external audits, as well as tax filings, ensuring full compliance. • Maintain organized, updated records of contracts, certifications, and compliance documents to support reporting and regulatory needs. • Identify and propose enhancements to accounting and finance processes to improve efficiency and adaptability as the business scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. • Minimum of 3-5 years in accounting, finance, or related roles; experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus. • Proficiency in accounting systems (NetSuite is a plus) and Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights. • Familiarity with GAAP, financial compliance, and tax regulations. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment, with a readiness to handle multiple priorities. • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting financial data to stakeholders is a bonus.
