📋 Description

• The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all phases of commercial construction projects on behalf of Fit Fusion, LLC, from pre-construction through closeout. • Acting as a liaison between ownership, design teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants. • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. • Oversee project budgets and track cost-to-complete forecasts. • Coordinate turnover packages including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years as a construction manager. • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, permitting processes, and building codes. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel).
