πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive purchases and sales. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with Fitlab's marketing objectives. β€’ Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, ad creation, and performance analysis. β€’ Manage and allocate advertising budgets, monitor budget pacing, and adjust allocations to meet KPIs. β€’ Create strategic creative briefs and provide input on ad copy, visuals, and formats. β€’ Oversee campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels; stay updated on platform changes. β€’ Conduct market research to identify and segment target audiences for multiple brands in the portfolio. β€’ Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and implement A/B tests and optimizations. β€’ Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with teams across Fitlab's portfolio of fitness and wellness brands; additional duties as assigned. β€’ Up to 20 hours per week (part-time role).

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in paid social media buying, preferably within the fitness, health, or wellness industries. β€’ Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with budgets of $150k/month or more. β€’ Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. β€’ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising and digital marketing. β€’ In-depth experience with performance creative design and the ability to brief killer creative. β€’ Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
