📋 Description

• Responsible for protecting company assets from safety risks, loss, and shrinkage • Create a culture of integrity and safety in the store • Support management in conflicts and prevent dishonesty • Provide leadership in Asset Protection for the assigned team • Oversee third-party security programs and investigations • Conduct safety and operational assessments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of similar experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection or physical security & safety environment • Experience in customer service and/or interacting directly with customers • AA or BA Degree a plus • Communication skills & ability to provide regular and concise updates • Knowledge of investigative processes • CCTV system use and knowledge • Experience with Safety in retail establishments • Wicklander & Zulawski certification a plus or willingness to participate in training • Exception base reporting experience is a plus or willingness to learn
