📋 Description

• Supporting the AIC in determining scoping decisions, testing approaches, conclusions, and audit workpapers across the audit lifecycle (planning, fieldwork, reporting, issue validation) • Drafting MR(I)A workpapers • Completing required training • Completing Skills Assessments • Mentoring new auditors • Communicating with the senior audit manager and/or AIC and audit clients about the engagement. • Conducting field work and ensuring workpapers are completed in a timely manner. • Determining scoping decisions, audit opinions, and issue identification with the AIC. • Planning, conducting, and supervising assignments while executing the audit by conducting audit planning, risk identification, scoping, and field testing in a timely manner with high quality supporting the AIC. • Maintaining relationships with the audit client and audit management to ensure clear communication. • Maintaining certifications as applicable. • Performing special projects and additional duties as required. • Adhering to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job and completing required compliance trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of audit or risk management experience including in the financial services industry, preferably with a large financial services firm. • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field. • Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related field preferred. • Previous experience working with a public accounting or risk advisory firm is preferred. • CIA, CPA, CISA, CRCM, or CFE preferred.
