📋 Description
• Development and further development of a complex B2B portal in the insurance domain • Implementation of requirements in the frontend (Wicket) and backend (Spring, Hibernate) • Integration of messaging components using JMS • Database modeling and access with MS SQL • Close collaboration with Product Owners, QA and DevOps in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) • Contributing to architectural decisions and technical advancement • Use and evaluation of AI-assisted tools for code generation or test automation • Focus on software quality through automated tests and/or security checks
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in full-stack development with Java • Very good knowledge of: Spring Framework, Apache Wicket, Hibernate / JPA, JMS (e.g. ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), MS SQL Server • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Knowledge of test automation (e.g. JUnit, Mockito) or IT security • Experience with AI-assisted code generation (e.g. GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer) is an advantage • Strong team skills combined with high personal responsibility • Passion for clean code, testing or secure software architecture • Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage.
