🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred. • Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. • In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and popular destinations. • Capability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations. • Proficiency in technology, including booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Experience or strong interest in a startup environment • Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. • Though the position is remote, you must be available during US timezone business hours.
