• Develop integrations according to client requirements using Flexspring Studio; • Collaborate with a Project Manager on the client's data mapping; • Perform integration testing, guide the client through user acceptance testing (UAT), and lead the go-live deployment; • Document integration nuances for the client and the Flexspring support team; • Troubleshoot effectively, identify root causes, and develop solutions for production issues arising in client integrations while meeting service level agreements (SLAs); • Maintain exceptional communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; • Record troubleshooting and resolution notes in our case management system (Service Cloud) and keep the client continuously updated on case progress; • Take ownership of support case resolution, collaborating with the support team, technical consultants, third-party partners, and the client.
• Bachelor's degree in science, or a college diploma in Software Engineering or Computer Science. • Strong proficiency in Java or JavaScript. • Experience with programming languages and software development methodologies (for example: Java, Groovy, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, GraphQL, etc.). • Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French. • Experience with HR or financial data integrations.
