📋 Description

• You’ll lead the end-to-end technical integration process for clients adopting our enterprise Payments products, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch. • Acting as the primary technical contact, you’ll work closely with clients, commercial teams, and internal tech teams to deliver reliable, scalable payment solutions. • Owning the integration process – defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution for Payments implementations. • Leading client communication – acting as the trusted technical advisor, translating complex payment concepts and APIs into clear, actionable guidance for clients and stakeholders. • Driving project execution – collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure successful deployment of payment integrations. • Managing risks – proactively identifying potential roadblocks, including compliance, security, and technical challenges, and developing mitigation strategies. • Ensuring a smooth handover – equipping Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers with the necessary documentation and insights for ongoing client support. • Tracking key metrics – monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates, while providing regular updates to leadership. • Optimizing workflows – continuously improving integration processes and incorporating client and partner feedback into future enhancements.
