📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of high-stakes web and mobile projects (from implementation through scale-up) • Design and oversee system architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance digital products — selecting the right technologies, ensuring performance optimization, and managing trade-offs between delivery and long-term quality • Ensure smooth integrations with APIs, backends, and cloud services • Coordinate and mentor developers (internal & external), ensuring code quality, knowledge sharing, and the growth of junior/mid-level team members • Oversee DevOps processes — CI/CD, Terraform, cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Hetzner Cloud), and the stability of production/staging environments • Bridge business, design, and technology — challenging assumptions, ensuring feasibility, and translating vision into execution • Manage technical debt — balancing delivery speed with long-term maintainability • Oversee deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization for both web and mobile apps • Monitor and grow products post-launch — ensuring they evolve, improve, and stay profitable • Support multi-project delivery by context switching between clients and managing resources effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading high-pressure implementations where reliability and security are critical (banking, telco, gov, or equivalent) • Strong expertise in modern web and mobile stacks — React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, PHP, SQL databases, Sulu CMS, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Hetzner Cloud) • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and managing mission-critical environments • Ability to stand in boardrooms and defend technical decisions with CxOs, not just discuss them with developers • Strong business acumen — estimation and planning (realistic timelines, risk identification, task prioritization), clear client communication, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms • Resilience, calmness, and problem-solving under pressure — thrives when stakes are highest • Willingness to travel (approx. 1x per month or every two months) for client workshops, launches, and key alignment sessions • Fluent English (C1/C2).
