📋 Description

• Provide competitive analysis on the market and ensure quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis for Loans and Mortgages products and services • Assign projects to researchers and liaise with data research team leads, editorial, methodology, and SEO teams • Leverage project management and data skills to deliver actionable insights on time and grow the Loans research team's capability and capacity • Review data requests for feasibility, usability, and scalability • Leverage a team of researchers to collect product and service data • Perform analysis on collected data to identify top-quality products and providers • Build analyses on Tableau against tight deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy and quality • Develop and implement processes for quality control and perform checks on data gathered by the research team • Communicate with the data research team leads and editorial teams about research process, stages of analysis, and hurdles to meeting delivery deadlines • Review editorial content resulting from work product for accuracy and completeness • Scope for future line management of the analyst(s), monitoring performance and providing support for them to succeed and develop their career

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field, such as business or economics, or equivalent training and experience • Proficiency in using Tableau and spreadsheets for data analysis and manipulation • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and visualisation, is highly desirable • Experience with US Financial Services markets, particularly lending products • Comfortable working in SQL and Microsoft Excel • Have previously communicated data findings to project stakeholders via dashboards and data visualisations, using software such as Tableau or PowerBI • Experience in working as part of an international team across time zones is desirable
