📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • As our Accounting Operations Specialist, you will manage key financial processes such as month-end close procedures, retailer AR reconciliations, and credit confirmation processing. • You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of these operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. • This position is ideal for those who are passionate about finance and logistics, seeking to make an impact in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookup, Sumif, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred). • Experience in finance, accounting, logistics, and customer-facing roles preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Working hours: US Pacific time 9:00am to 5:00pm (Manila graveyard shift)
