Patients have access to a Board-certified weight loss physician and a Registered Dietitian to develop a tailored plan that encompasses behavioral health, nutrition, physical activity, and FDA-approved medications, if appropriate. Utilizing the Form Health app, patients can engage in frequent video visits, message their Care Team, and monitor their progress. FORM partners with employers, health plans, and health providers to offer comprehensive obesity care. Their services are covered by national health insurance plans, including Medicare, focusing on a healthier future for their clients.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic partnerships with external consultants who guide employer clients on benefits selections and strategy • Expand relationships at key consulting firms • Leverage existing relationships to promote Form Health’s clinical solutions, outcomes, and market approaches • Generate new employer partnership opportunities • Connect with key consultants and senior leaders at benefits consulting organizations • Position Form Health’s products and capabilities to maximize inclusion in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs • Collaborate with sales on RFPs and opportunity exploration/discovery • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consultant feedback for internal leadership • Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and client-consultant meetings • Travel up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations • Established network of contacts across key consulting firms such as Aon, Mercer, and WTW • Reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable resource • Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain complex concepts and differentiated approaches in simple, easy-to-understand terms • Remote location, ideally near a major city in the eastern half of the U.S. • Bachelor’s degree preferred
