• Partner with our sales reps and business development directors to promote our research-based consulting capabilities with prospects and clients. • Create high-quality research-based consulting deliverables, such as business cases, maturity assessments, strategic roadmaps, vendor selection recommendations, Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) studies, market research, or performance metrics reviews. • Partner with other consultants and research analysts to develop repeatable consulting offerings based on our published methodologies. • Achieve quarterly personal revenue targets by delivering research-based consulting projects. These include conducting intake interviews, analyzing data using a published methodology to evaluate inputs, synthesizing conclusions, and developing recommendations. • Develop high-quality, well-structured, and user-friendly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel client deliverables. • Present or co-present findings and recommendations to clients. • Partner with sales reps to identify prospects for consulting offerings based on analysis of clients and prospects who attend Forrester events and workshops, request analyst inquiries, or read research reports. • Establish and manage client expectations on timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project commitments. • Identify opportunities for new research streams based on feedback from clients and trends in our engagements with clients. • Develop sample deliverables and associated marketing materials for repeatable consulting offerings based on our published research.
• Native/fluent English, Dutch, and/or German is a plus. • A strong academic record. • Experience with digital, CX, and IT modernization programs and delivery efforts across marketing, sales, and customer service functions of organizations. • Background in designing and delivering digital transformation, CX transformation, and IT modernization programs, preferably in the areas that support an organization’s interactions with its customers (e.g., digital, digital experience, CX, customer service, customer analytics, marketing technology, etc.). • Demonstrated ability to achieve key performance metrics such as utilization rates or revenue targets. • Enthusiasm to simultaneously work on multiple strategy projects — balancing the needs of each to achieve superior client satisfaction. • Success in preparing deliverables for clients, owning and delivering the finished product, and taking the outputs of workshops and creating client-facing deliverables for delivery to C-level business executives. • Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills. • Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on client and business needs. • Strong project management skills. • Previous collaboration with subject matter experts with deep content knowledge. • Deeper knowledge on one or more of the following is a plus: technology strategy, technology operating model design, IT organization design, governance, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, data management, and AI. • The ability to travel (approximately three to five days per month).
