🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses a bonus). • 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering effective care through telehealth. • Able to navigate Doxy, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members • Passionate about providing direct care and owning a panel of patients for the foreseeable future • Availability to schedule sessions during weekdays 3:30pm-8:30pm and/or weekends as needed • This is a remote position and candidates must reside in the United States and have access to internet

• Flexible Schedule and Compensation: This is a Part-Time 1099 Contractor role. Part-time therapists are expected to spend 5 hours minimum with Fort Health per week delivering clinical care. 1099 therapists are paid based on CPT Code for completed appointments. • Malpractice coverage provided • Dedicated front desk and care managers to handle all the admin (for schedule and between session support) • Therapist-friendly EMR with custom technology we develop to make your scheduling and patient communication easier • In-house psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners
