📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities: ** • **1. Strategic Product Thinking** • - Align product vision with business goals and market needs. • - Develop product strategies that drive value for both users and the business • - Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and compliance to create a roadmap • - Identify market opportunities and de-risking product ideas through experimentation, voice of customer, and market/competitive research • **2. Technical Proficiency & Integration Awareness** • - Understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies • - Knowledge of healthcare SaaS platforms (e.g., EHRs, telemedicine tools) • - Ensures interoperability with legacy systems and existing healthcare infrastructure • **3. User-Centric Design & Customer Insight** • - Conducts user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value proposition • - Helps designs intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences • - Champion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows • **4. Healthcare Industry Knowledge & Regulatory Acumen** • - Familiarity with clinical workflows and terminology • - Ability to navigate clinical frameworks and translate to product requirements • - Awareness of patient safety and data privacy concerns (PHI) • - Maintains general understanding of HIPAA and other compliance standards • **5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication** • - Serves as the bridge between engineering, design, clinical experts, and business teams. • - Leads cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launch • - Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • - Align diverse teams around shared goals and manage expectations effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field • 3–5 years in product management, ideally within SaaS and/or healthcare technology. • Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance). • Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc). • Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy. • Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development. • Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical workflows, or health data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). • Exposure to HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare-related compliance frameworks. • Master’s degree or certifications in: • - Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, General Assembly) • - Healthcare Administration or Public Health • - MBA with a focus on technology or healthcare • - Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP
