📋 Description

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process • Prepare and deliver offer letters and manage pre-employment activities, including new hire record creation, background screenings, and right-to-work verification • Facilitate engaging virtual new employee orientation sessions, ensuring new hires have a positive onboarding experience and are set up for success • Maintain accurate hiring records and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data quality standards • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a similar role, preferably supporting high-volume hiring in multiple countries • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests, exercise sound judgment, and consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, improve processes, and adapt to changing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR systems; experience with Oracle, Eightfold, and ServiceNow is preferred • Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese • Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
