• Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting. • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization. • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance. • Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts. • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs. • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. • Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
