• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals. • Create, curate, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. • Plan and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content. • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights. • Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually engaging posts, stories, and other media. • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights to refine strategies. • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and platform updates relevant to the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media management, preferably in the IT or tech industry. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and engagement metrics. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create captivating content. • Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) are a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
