⢠Responsibility for the overall technical management and continued development of our software landscape ⢠Design, architecture and planning of new software projects from the initial idea through to technical implementation ⢠Technical leadership of the development team, including prioritization, technical guidance and decision-making on architectural matters ⢠Quality assurance through code reviews and the continuous development of best practices within the team

⢠Solid experience developing complex web applications with PHP and React as the JavaScript framework ⢠Strong expertise in software architecture, system design and planning scalable applications ⢠Proven experience in leading development teams and mentoring less experienced developers ⢠Confident handling of code quality, testing, deployment and version control ⢠Highly developed ability to make technical decisions and to clearly justify them to both technical and business stakeholders ⢠Experience in designing and delivering new software projects, including effort estimation and technical roadmaps ⢠High level of ownership, very structured working style and a commitment to actively advancing technological standards within the company.
