📋 Description

• Develop and execute plans to achieve, exceed, and sustain revenue targets. • Identify and engage new clients for application development and management services by building strong relationships and expanding business opportunities. • Oversee all projects and project managers related to application services, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with strategic objectives. • Define and lead the strategy, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications deployed at client sites. • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability. • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for application development and management. • Develop plans and deliver results in a rapidly transforming environment while ensuring an outstanding post-delivery experience for clients. • Manage budgets, partners, relationships, and contracts related to software applications and associated services. • Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver value-creating solutions. • Mentor, develop, and engage a high-performing team of project managers and application services professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • More than 15 years of technical leadership experience, including application development, management, and delivery • Prior experience leading teams of 50+ people • Proven experience managing application teams, large-scale projects, and project managers • Experience in business development, client management, and building strategic relationships • Experience in resource allocation and optimization
