📋 Description

• Lead complex sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and customer-focused solutions • Build and grow strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and new business • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close • Partner with engineering, production, and R&D teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reporting • Gather customer and market insights to support product improvements and business strategy • Provide technical product training and support to customers and internal sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar consultative sales role (4+ years preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred • Comfortable working hands-on in industrial environments, including wearing PPE and conducting facility walk-throughs in manufacturing settings • Industry experience in filtration, HVAC, air quality, or industrial products/solutions is highly preferred
