• Drive and deliver on our product roadmap, working with your team to turn 1-pager specs into features • Grow your teams by coaching developing engineers and by attracting and hiring top talent • Obsess about the architectural design, implementation and quality of the work your team produces • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Design to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Front’s engineering management team • Front is the leading AI-powered customer service platform built for collaboration. 🎯 Requirements

• A customer- and product-driven mindset; the ability to make a complex application feel simple and intuitive for the end user • Engineering management experience that includes effectively recruiting, mentoring, and retaining great people • Strong track record of running teams that deliver projects of significant complexity and high level of ambiguity • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, low-ego and high-growth environment; you work well with all kinds of personalities and with teams across multiple geographies • Clear, structured thinking and excellent communication skills • Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism • Experience working in NodeJS or React • Strong design sense • Experience building tools in the customer support space
