📋 Description

• Fueled is a digital strategy, design, and engineering agency that designs and builds enterprise digital products and experiences. • Act as the day-to-day Project Manager with senior-level ownership of assigned project scopes, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and iterative scope/expectation management. • Track and analyze project progress and budget burn; escalate concerns and mitigate risks with group and project leadership. • Ensure superior quality deliverables by engaging cross-discipline leadership and enforcing rigorous QA processes and standards. • Lead discovery engagements (onsite and remote) to define cross-discipline project requirements aligned with client business goals. • Identify strategic opportunities with the Fueled Account Management Team to build long-term client relationships. • Provide ownership and input on a mix of innovative projects and ongoing support engagements within a distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering full scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment, preferably with practical understanding of the WordPress platform. • Demonstrable examples of deescalating project risks through collaborative solutions. • Primarily client-facing with experience as main point of contact for client requests, escalations, and senior-level consultation. • Proven leadership of cross-discipline teams (account strategy, experience design, engineering, QA, support). • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, both internally and externally.
