📋 Description

• The Digital Marketing Manager at Fullscript will lead and execute high-impact digital advertising campaigns to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. • This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic technology, Display Advertising, Paid Search, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM), along with hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), Google Ads, Microsoft Ad, and other relevant tools. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure campaign success and contribute to Fullscript's growth objectives. • The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple digital campaigns, with a large focus on programmatic channels, and working collaboratively to optimize performance. • You will play a key role in driving Fullscript's digital advertising strategy while refining and improving processes to achieve the best possible results.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in programmatic advertising and paid search campaign management, with hands-on experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and ad-serving platforms. • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, both locally and globally, with an emphasis on SEM, programmatic display, and their roles in customer engagement. • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Slides to analyze campaign performance and present insights clearly. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and derive actionable insights. • Detail-oriented with a high degree of numeracy and literacy to manage complex campaigns and deliver results. • Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience managing commercial aspects of digital campaigns, including budgeting, invoicing, and margin management. • Bonus Points • Healthcare B2B and B2C experience. • Experience with A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve results. • Familiarity with performance tracking tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate both programmatic and paid search performance.
