• Review and validate spreadsheet tasks for clarity, determinism, and correctness • Modify input spreadsheets and task statements to enforce consistent outcomes • Apply a structured 5-step validation process (clarity, function screening, answer validation, correctness, annotation) • Annotate reasoning for edits and flag low-quality or ambiguous tasks • Meet weekly quality benchmarks and iterate based on reviewer feedback

• Strong Excel proficiency (INDEX/MATCH, IF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, etc) • Excellent written communication and precision • Experience with structured data tasks or QA/checklist workflows • Detail-oriented, consistent output under quality guidelines
