• Be the creative visionary for our team of art directors, designers, copywriters, and other creative minds. • Get those wheels turning with the Creative Director, strategists, designers, and copywriters. • Drive creative projects forward with a dedication to quality, consistency, and the “whoa that’s cool” factor. • Put on a pair of headphones and get hands-on designing alongside the team. • Hang out with our Engagement Manager and be the go-to person for our clients. • Foster a vibe of teamwork and support within the creative crew.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in creative agency – digital agency an asset. • Minimum of 3-5 years in an Associate Creative Director role, with experience managing junior team members. • Curiosity and a passion for digital media and the latest trends in tech. • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks. • Ability to balance coaching junior team members and responding to client feedback, as both are essential to good team chemistry and client relations. • A strong desire to make work that works – sells products, makes clients swoon, and hopefully wins some metal. • Willingness and excitement to get directly involved in the work and provide design solutions alongside the team.
