📋 Description
• You'll be our first in-house product designer, owning the design across our digital platform • Collaborate closely with our Product Lead, founders, and engineering teams • Design end-to-end experiences, prototypes, and shipped features • Run usability tests and learn from customer interactions
🎯 Requirements
• Around 3 years of professional experience in product or UX design • Comfortable covering the full design spectrum • Experience in designing for growth and conversion • Strong ability to communicate openly and share work early • Proficiency in design tools and tech stacks
