📋 Description

• Design and implement backend services in Python supporting real-time communication with LiveKit and WebSockets. • Develop tools and systems to support scalable AI deployment and monitoring. • Ensure system performance and reliability on AWS using EC2, Lambda, and Kubernetes. • Collaborate with AI teams to streamline model deployment and live testing. • Support high-stability, low-latency, multi-user environments. • Improve platform observability and debugging through robust logging and metrics. • Take ownership of technical decisions and process improvements across multiple projects.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering. • Strong experience with Python and backend service development. • Hands-on expertise with real-time systems (LiveKit, WebRTC, or similar streaming tech). • Experience with low-latency, AI-integrated environments. • Proficiency in scaling services in distributed, production-grade environments. • Solid background with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda) and Kubernetes. • Skilled in performance optimization, debugging, and observability tools. • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools. • Experience deploying AI models in production or supporting AI/ML engineers. • Knowledge of LangChain, LangFuse, Ray, or LLMOps frameworks. • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 preferred, strong B2 may be considered).
