📋 Description

• Own core parts of the frontend stack and user interface • Collaborate with design and product to rapidly prototype new AI-native workflows • Implement clean, maintainable components with Next.js, Tailwind, and React • Contribute to system-wide architecture decisions as we scale • Work across the stack (FE, API, etc) to deliver seamless experiences • Drive performance, accessibility, and usability improvements • Shape the company’s engineering culture and standards as an early team member

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and component-driven UI design • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail • Excited by fast iteration and rapid prototyping • Passion for performance and pushing the limits of browser-based UX • Experience working with or around AI products is a plus • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, adaptable, and outcome-oriented • Based in NYC or open to relocating — we believe great product gets built in person
