📋 Description

• Actively support the implementation and configuration of privacy platforms (such as OneTrust and Privacy Tools); • Assist in executing clients' LGPD compliance activities, such as data mapping (ROPA - Record of Processing Activities) and supporting the preparation of Privacy Impact Reports (RIPD) within the implemented platforms; • Monitor and provide first-level support (L1) for client support requests (via tickets/email), assisting in resolving operational questions and performing adjustments in the tools; • Configure specific modules of the tools (e.g., Consent Management, Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) Portal, Data Inventory) according to the project scope; • Assist in preparing technical and functional project documentation, including user guides, configuration manuals, and status reports for clients; • Provide support to Senior consultants in preparing workshop materials, validating new features of the tools, and organizing project schedules; • Maintain continuous learning and actively pursue official certifications from partner platforms (OneTrust, Privacy Tools); • Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIA/DPIA) for new projects and systems; • Support the DPO (Data Protection Officer) team in identifying and mitigating risks related to the processing of personal data; • Contribute to defining and reviewing security and privacy policies and procedures; • Support internal and external audits related to compliance with LGPD/GDPR and other regulations; • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and their technical impacts; • Promote awareness and deliver technical training on privacy and data protection for IT and security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Experience with information security, data governance, or LGPD/GDPR compliance projects; • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar; • Familiarity with privacy tools; • Ability to read and interpret legal and regulatory requirements; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite); • Desired certifications: CIPT; CDPSE; EXIN Privacy & Data Protection; OneTrust; Privacy Tools.
