• デジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進する • 大規模なデジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進するために新設された組織の一員として作業する • AI技術を導入し、業界の変革を実現する • ビジネス課題の定義から、MLアーキテクチャ設計、モデルのトレーニング、デプロイメントパイプラインの構築に至るまで、技術ライフサイクル全体を担う • CTOやVPクラス、シニアアーキテクトと協業し、コアテクノロジーをゼロから構築

🎯 Requirements

• ビジネスレベルの日本語(JLPT N2) • 日常会話レベルの英語力 • Python に精通していること(Pandas、NumPy などのデータサイエンスライブラリの使用経験を含む) • 機械学習フレームワーク(TensorFlow、PyTorch、Scikit-learn など)の実践経験 • CNN、RNN、Transformer などの機械学習アルゴリズムとディープラーニングアーキテクチャに関する深い理解 • コンピュータービジョン、自然言語処理など、少なくとも 1 つの AI 専門分野の実務経験 • データ収集、前処理、モデルトレーニング、評価、デプロイ、モニタリングなど、機械学習ライフサイクル全体にわたる実務経験 • コンピュータサイエンス、情報工学、または関連する STEM 分野の学士号以上 • 部門横断的な環境で業務を遂行できる能力 • 優れた分析力と問題解決能力
