• Define and validate Provider+ functional requirements, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and testable • Own and manage Provider+ functional requirements and lead validation discussions and client review sessions • Maintain requirement metadata, dependencies, system components, configuration mapping, traceability, and governance documentation • Facilitate requirement demonstrations and review Business Process Models • Manage Business Rules Questionnaires and track decisions, assumptions, risks, issues, and gaps • Manage DEV environment readiness, smoke testing, release validation, and Requirements Traceability Matrix development • Plan and facilitate design workshops and review sessions • Coordinate design demonstrations and client reviews; resolve design comments and feedback • Ensure alignment across interfaces, reports, workflows, letters, and security components • Create Solution Design Documents and maintain Configuration Workbooks and design artifacts • Lead Provider+ configuration planning and execution for enrollment, maintenance, revalidation, and related processes • Validate unit testing outcomes, coordinate client-facing build demonstrations, and govern configuration changes • Review SIT test cases for requirements and acceptance-criteria coverage • Provide Provider+ functional SME support during SIT and UAT • Support defect investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, retesting, and final issue disposition • Verify solution readiness against documented requirements • Support operational readiness, client ORR reviews, parallel and performance testing, cutover planning, and transition to operations • Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing • Manage domain-level RAID logs, decisions, and action items • Coordinate across Product, AD&I, Training, Testing, and Technical teams • Support knowledge transfer, SOP development, and hypercare readiness • Serve as the primary functional authority for the Provider+ domain from project initiation through go-live and stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• Ten or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience • Experience with architecture framework methodologies such as TOGAF • Experience with software systems, applications, and supporting infrastructure • Knowledge of application design principles and product configurations • Knowledge of programming languages, databases, tooling, operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud technologies • Understanding of software development lifecycles and client requirements • Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced personnel • Good communication skills with customers, support personnel, application development personnel, and management • Strongly preferred: enterprise architecture experience within a healthcare environment • Experience driving enterprise architecture initiatives for large, state, and federal accounts • Experience producing technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and supporting documentation • Experience conducting technical research, testing, and evaluation of complex IT systems • Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation • Must be based in the United States
