📋 Description

• Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction • Assists in the creation and/or review of client deliverables • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to management progress toward business goals • Assist in the development of reports to monitor operational and financial performance • Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects • Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s) • Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed • Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS or 5+ years of equivalent program manager work experience • 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid experience • 5+ years of provider work experience • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Access/Power Point/Word • Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly • Active PMP preferred OR willing to obtain within 1 year.
