📋 Description
• Lead a portfolio of stores and coach a team of General Managers • Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team • Monitor performance and consistently follow-up to ensure results • Foster and maintain an inclusive and collaborative work environment • Identify and use multiple ways to achieve goals when confronted with obstacles
🎯 Requirements
• College degree preferred • 3+ year’s multi-unit, high volume, complex business leadership preferred • Ability to travel overnight and/or between stores as required • Ability to lift and carry 30lbs
