📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of assigned projects related to building and property infrastructure • Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, recommend solutions, and provide status updates • Manage project risks and issues, identify potential problems, and develop mitigation plans • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements during project execution • Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders • Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred • 7 years of experience as a Facilities Project Manager is acceptable in lieu of degree • Experience with construction projects involving banks, vaults, and financial institutions is a plus • At least 7 years of experience in facilities management and construction project management • Strong knowledge of commercial leasing, building codes, regulations, and safety standards • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
