• Responsible for designing and implementing core e-commerce growth initiatives — from idea generation through operational execution to performance monitoring • Independently analyze market and competitor data to derive concrete recommendations and identify new revenue opportunities • Lead and actively contribute to projects, including time and resource planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery • Prepare decision-making materials for management by creating concise presentations, reports, and business cases • Continuously monitor relevant KPIs and initiate and implement measures for optimization • Act as an active interface between Marketing, Sales, IT, and Operations to drive cross-functional growth initiatives
• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/x) in Business Administration or a comparable degree program • You are interested in e-commerce, digital business models, and strategic business development • You enjoy working analytically and in a structured way and have strong numerical skills • You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • You are communicative, team-oriented, and proactive • Initial practical experience in e-commerce or project management is a plus but not required
