📋 Description

• Work closely with the Compliance Officer to support compliance, documentation, and governance initiatives. • Ensure operations align with internal policies, global regulations, and data protection standards while supporting day-to-day compliance operations. • Assist in drafting, editing, and formalising internal compliance documentation. • Support GDPR-related documentation and maintain a well-organized repository of compliance policies. • Ensure compliance processes and training are integrated into employee workflows. • Conduct research on emerging regulations and assist in monitoring internal compliance adherence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field. • 1–2 years in a regulated or legal environment (internship experience considered). • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation streams in a fast-paced setting. • Comfortable working independently in a remote, international environment. • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for internal use.
