📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and support development of instructor-led and virtual learning content • Collaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to gather requirements and build training programs and content • Plan, develop, manage, and evaluate in-person, online, and hybrid software training programs • Design and develop engaging learning experiences for software implementation • Use webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems • Convert training and supporting documentation into Section 508-compliant products • Support multiple GDIT contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science • 5+ years of related experience • Excellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process • Knowledge and application of adult learning theory • Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance • Experience converting training and supporting documentation into Section 508-compliant products • U.S. citizenship required; permanent residents are not eligible • Must successfully achieve a full CBP Tier 4 background investigation before beginning work • No clearance currently possessed or obtainable required • Travel required: less than 10% • Scheduled weekly hours: 40
