• Plan & coordinate activities on site of larger projects to fulfill customer orders according to financial & commercial parameters • Own P&L responsibilities including orders, sales, margin, and cash • Oversee opportunities for Extra Work and contract leadership and fulfillment • Provide contract administration including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation • Maintain all CSA related documentation (e.g. insurance certificates) • Function as liaison and single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and contracts • Manage customer portfolio P&L, growth, KPI metrics, customer strategy and technical support • Develop outage scope, communicate scope to FieldCore, obtain schedule and JCE, and set policy 6 targets • Drive productivity in cost and parts planning, request quotes, and address order issues • Plan repair scope, request repair quotes, schedule repairs and manage repair issues in GE network • Organize pre-outage, post-outage and outage milestone meetings and lead "lean outage workouts" • Lead emergent/forced outage resolution, place Service Now cases, and communicate technical documents to customers • Oversee warranty and applicable commercial considerations including concessions • Update and maintain inputs in EventVision, Field Service Portal (FSP), and Oracle Field Services (OFS) • Manage customer invoicing and credit notes processing • Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide support for implementing CM&U’s • Work with owners Operation and Maintenance (O&M) to optimize reliability and availability • Responsible for Quality and EHS oversight on work performed at assigned customer sites
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university • Minimum 3 years of experience in power plant field services, customer facing, customer contract management, or complex matrixed leadership • Operations and Maintenance contract management experience • Mastery in both oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English • Willingness to travel to customer sites • Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Power preferred • Power Services experience (GE employees ONLY) preferred • Knowledge and experience within the power industry • Experience planning and executing various outages • Mastered knowledge of Contractual Service Agreements and processes • Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills • Experience working with customer leadership teams • Strong interpersonal skills
