• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • 5-7 years of experience with lean, talent development, project management, quality, and KPI management • Prior leadership role or leadership experience in an influencing role • Strong business acumen and cross-functional experience and awareness • Clear, concise, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization, including executives • Strong alignment with GE Vernova culture and values: Innovation, Customers, Lean, One team, and Accountability • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment, influencing and motivating diverse teams to achieve a unified goal
