• Bachelor’s degree in science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advance degree preferred. • 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and brand management. • Experience launching complex pharmaceutical diagnostics or MedTech, or capital/clinical programs in provider settings. • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed organizations with success increasing levels of responsibility. • Willingness to travel 50% of the time in field and with customers and running regional/local events
