📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and manage the development and execution of search marketing plans • Design and optimize paid search campaigns • Develop and own the paid search roadmap across Google and Bing • Align paid search programs with business needs along the customer journey • Develop clear reporting of performance and outcomes • Own and forecast SEM budgets, optimizing for ROI and scalability • Work with marketing and product teams to integrate SEM into broader customer lifecycle programs • Stay ahead of platform changes, AI tools, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years in SEM/Paid Search • At least 3 years in a strategy capacity • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Experience leveraging AI tools across Google, Bing, and analytics platforms • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Looker/Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, or similar
