📋 Description

• Conduct investigations of suspected cases of fraud or illegal activities against the company • Interview witnesses and gather necessary evidence • Evaluate information and determine credibility • Coordinate investigation assignments to outside agencies • Provide training and support to claims handling process

🎯 Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field • Five years of insurance claims investigative experience • Professional investigation experience with law enforcement agencies • Seven years of professional investigation experience involving economic or insurance related matters • Ability to gather a broad range of evidence related to an investigation • Knowledge of city, state, and local regulations and legal concepts • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and other necessary certifications
