• partner with Area Sales Manager to meet and exceed territory sales goals • research and qualify new prospects; initiate outreach via phone, email, events, and in-person visits • build authentic relationships with med-spas, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and luxury spas • assist with demos, proposals, and follow-up communication • monitor customer reorder patterns, support retention strategies • log activity, leads, and updates accurately in Salesforce
• 2+ years of outside or inside sales experience • background in medical device, skincare, pharmaceutical, hospitality, or wellness industries preferred • strong interest in entering the medical aesthetics space • proven ability to prospect, qualify, and develop customer relationships that lead to measurable results • excellent communication and presentation skills • highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • comfortable with regional travel (approximately 60-70%) and occasional nights/weekends for events • proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
