• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Experience with workforce development boards a plus • Proven track record in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in workforce development, higher education, or related industries • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment while juggling multiple responsibilities • Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot) • Strong organizational and reporting skills • Flexibility to travel 25% of the time • Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative approach, and “no job is beneath me” mentality
