📋 Description

• Hire, coordinate and drive a high performing team of Smart Contract Engineers • Mentor, incentivize, and manage engineers to deliver highly complex and uncertain deliverables against tight deadlines • Lead and unblock members of your team whilst working closely with the CTO and Technical Leads to scope and report on engineering deliverables and timelines. • Hire and retain world class talent

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of leading teams in early stage startups/scaleups • Exceptional leadership, communication, and drive - particularly when under pressure • Experience attracting and hiring world-class engineers • Hands-on engineering experience shipping secure, high-TVL smart contracts and protocols • Experience working with external auditors • Experience dealing with live exploit attempts/attacks (Preferred) • Experience with distributed ML systems or GPU-heavy environments (Nice to Have) • Experience working cross-functionally with research teams (Nice to Have) • Founding experience (Nice to Have) • Open source contributions (Nice to Have)
