📋 Description

• Take high-level product direction and drive delivery by owning the specification, building detailed project plans, and aligning highly technical engineering and research teams on priorities to ensure we ship the right things—on time, and at top quality • Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications • Use data to better understand user needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development • Drive sprint and milestone planning in partnership with Engineering and Product; ensuring teams are aligned, focused and unblocked • Own day-to-day program delivery: build schedules, run planning cycles, manage timelines, track progress, and escalate risks • Act as a trusted source of truth for leadership — providing clear, accurate updates on delivery progress and tradeoffs • Facilitate retrospectives and program reviews to improve how we execute over time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to autonomously drive product delivery across multiple teams and disciplines, especially in engineering and research-heavy contexts • Strong project management skills: scoping, scheduling, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to concisely communicate complex topics to a range of audiences • Background in infrastructure, ML platforms, distributed systems, and/or crypto protocols • Experience designing and delivering infrastructure-level products aimed at developers • Experience with research-heavy products at the cutting-edge, where solutions are theoretical / technically unproven • Experience driving product delivery at a top-tier machine learning company • Hands on programming experience
